Montgomery County, Maryland’s Department of Transportation (MCDOT) – Division of Transit Services (TRN)

McAndrew has been working with TRN over the past 14 years to raise awareness of their programs and services. McAndrew provides strategic planning, creative development, media planning/buying, assisted with special events, research/surveys and other duties as required. During this time, McAndrew has worked on numerous marketing projects that have all been completed on time and on budget including:

• Strategic planning.

• Logos and brand identities for Ride On, Ride On extRa, Ride On Flex, and Ride On Real Time.

• Bus paint schemes for Ride On extRa and Ride On Flex.

• Multiple research projects including focus groups to test name/logo/opinions about Ride On extra and focus groups to test knowledge/opinions about Flash (bus features, station amenities, overall messaging).

• Marketing materials for Meet the Marc program, Kids Ride Free, Youth Cruiser SmarTrip®, Senior SmarTrip®, Call-n-Ride, Free Rides for Seniors and Persons with Disabilities, Annual Food Drive, Ride On Real Time, Ride On Reimagined and more.

• Development and implementation of a workshop on social media – best practices, content development, and implementation of paid campaigns.

• Development and implementation of marketing outreach for the Ride On and Flash anniversaries including all strategic planning, creative development, media planning and placement, social media content, and grassroots outreach.
